Refund Policy

At SADA, we design premium activewear with intention, quality, and precision. Our policies are created to protect both our customers and the integrity of our brand, in accordance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law. Please review carefully before completing your purchase.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery, in line with Egyptian consumer regulations.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • Items must be free from stains, odors, makeup, deodorant marks, or damage

For hygiene and quality reasons, leggings, shorts, and bodysuits showing any signs of wear are not eligible for return.

Refunds (Manufacturing Defects Only)

In accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law, refunds are provided exclusively in cases of verified manufacturing defects.

If a defect is confirmed:

  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 7–10 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Each case is carefully reviewed by our quality control team.

Store Credit

For all approved returns not related to manufacturing defects, SADA offers store credit only.

  • Store credit is issued digitally and can be used on future purchases
  • Valid for 6 months from the date of issuance
  • Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for size or color only, subject to availability. Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Promotional or gifted items
  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or wear

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide your order number and clear photos or videos

SADA reserves the right to assess each claim to ensure compliance with quality standards and consumer regulations.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective
  • We recommend using a trackable courier, as SADA is not responsible for items lost during return transit

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation message with your order details

Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Courier delays
  • High-demand periods
  • Unforeseen circumstances

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS or email. If you need assistance tracking your order, please contact us with your order number.

Delivery Conditions

SADA is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Delays & Issues

While we aim to deliver all orders on time, delays may occasionally occur. If your order is significantly delayed or you experience any issues, please contact us and we will assist you as soon as possible.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect/incomplete address, the order may be rescheduled or returned, and additional shipping fees may apply.
